Following the global formation of the NRNA ICC, the community in Germany demonstrated remarkable commitment by organizing at the national level, forming an Ad-hoc Committee (Tadartha Samiti) on 17 December 2003 led by President Mr. Dil Bahadur Gurung.

The Beginning
The journey of NRNA Germany began in November 2003, when 18 dedicated Nepali residents in Germany recognized the need for a national platform. Their vision was to institutionalize a network that would represent the community's interests and connect them to the global NRNA movement.
To guide the organization through its formative stage, an Ad-hoc Committee (Tadartha Samiti) was established on 17 December 2003. Led by President Mr. Dil Bahadur Gurung, ICC Member Mr. Ram Pratap Thapa, and General Secretary Mr. Kedar Pradhan, this committee laid the critical groundwork for governance and community mobilization.
The organizational foundation was solidified in 2004 during the first formal General Assembly in Heidelberg. This milestone established the democratic legitimacy of NRNA NCC Germany, setting a strategic agenda focused on integration, tourism promotion, and sustainable development for Nepal.
